The Consulting Analyst will provide support to senior consultants and project team members in the following areas:
- Provide a high level of quality service, professionalism and commitment to a group of clients
- Work with the team and interface with clients to resolve issues, review contracts, documents and consulting deliverables for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare marketing proposals and administer/implement new client installations and renewals
- Support the consulting team in the areas of project management, workload and day to day assignments
- Other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline and 1-3 years experience in the Employee Benefits, Human Resources or Finance field with either a large employer or financial services provider, and technical knowledge in some or all of the areas we serve. Interest in completing the CEBS, CLU, and/or ARM designations. Life and Health License preferred. Key characteristics will include:
