We are happy to announce that Spring Senior Consultant and Head of Clinical Strategies, Kimberly Mashburn and Tricia Engfehr, Director of Human Resources at Memorial Health System, have been selected to present at this year’s Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) Annual Conference.
This year’s DMEC conference will run from August 11-14 at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.
The title of Mashburn and Engfehr’s presentation is “1800 NOT@WORK: Implementing a True Total Absence Management Program.” It will focus on Memorial Health System’s successful efforts to manage all leaves of absence through an effective strategy setting program and process re-design project managed by Spring.
The two will be discussing the importance of making the business case to the C-Suite, the identification of optimal plan and policy change and the development of effective HR policies and workflow for an integrated, compliant and effective total absence and productivity program. At the conclusion of the program, attendees should be able to recognize the importance of employer collaboration with vendor tools and support and how Return on Investment can be achieved while maintaining competitive benefits and programs.
